Our itinerary says we are starting the Central route from Vilar de Pinheiro to Arcos. I hope the roads are not that narrow to scare us off on our first day :)- Digz

From Porto: Central or coastal way?
I’m still in two minds which way to take. I’m not a beach person and would prefer walking near farms, nature, villages. I also much prefer dirt road than paved. Your suggestions are most welcome.- Digz
