    We walked from Lisbon beginning April 6 in 2018. Had no problem with accommodation and the weather was cool. Quite a bit of rain though in that year.

    We walked up to Caminha then over to Valenca and up to Redondela. It is a great walk and well marked now. Avoids industrial Vigo. Took the Variante just after Pontevedra.

    Did the Portugese from Lisbon and on to Muxia in April/May this year. Loved every day although there was a bit of rain. Found the section particularly from Lisbon to Porto very inexpensive. Food much more interesting than the CF. Would not hesitate to do it again. I

    Quinta da Burra.

    I stayed with Paula in April when we had so much rain just needed to stop for the night. What a surprise. Beautiful host. Great place. Unfortunately freezing cold at that time of year but yes, it is a work in progress Would stay again.
