Jill, thanks for this. Are there any shops open in Santiago on Sunday? I could stock up on provisions, then get the train to Vilagarcia de Arousa :-). It would cut out what seems to be a dull section, and my current itinerary doesn't allow for any rest days. I could start the real walking on...
I am planning to arrive in Santiago late Saturday 17 March 2018, and get to Padron or Vilanova de Arousa the next day. It seems that there are busses to, and shops open (on Sunday) in the former, but I am wondering if I can get a bus to the latter, and if I can whether there will be any shops...
