    looks good, though I usually calculate just the weight of the stuff for carrying on my back I'd recommend Body Glide stick for blister prevention as well as aspirin and multivitamin pils with extra magnesium. It help me a lot with preventing leg cramps and muscle pain. Bom Caminho!
