It's an amazing journey to make. Although I haven't yet done Camino Portuguese, I'm sure it will be equally satisfying experience, but I'm sure quite different. Just watch your packing weight, and have some quality shoes . . . get them soon and wear them in

That certainly does help. I can get by ok in Spanish, but my Portugese is non existant and my Camino experience may not be so enjoyable if I spend half my walk worrying about places to sleep.
