Not a Camino, but Portugal here I come

Hi, as I woke up this morning, I had some of the same thoughts. Am beginning the Fisherman's Walk from Porto Covo on May 27th, and realized that I would probably need a bathing suit (never packed that before), and oh, what about a beach towel? And oh - I always just take my Croc ballerina...

    Fitness Level Help!

I am just short of 69. Having done three Caminos ( loved every moment of it) I realized that after worrying about not being fit/ready to walk the first time, that I was able to walk for two hours or so, rest - have a coffee, have breakfast, sit down for a water break and watch the world go by...

Single femail late apral to late may.

Hi Barbara, I think that you are probably right, in that starting from Madrid is different than the Frances, number of people wise. I guess I had in mind that I would perhaps fly into Madrid for my next one. Linda

Single femail late apral to late may.

Hi Kirstin, My advice would be to make your plans and trust to the Camino that you will walk with who you are meant to walk with. I know for myself and many others who I spoke with on the journey, one can have the best intentions to find someone to walk with, (the unknown of course) but in...
