    Hi John I agree wholeheartedly, a good pair of walking sticks, anti flam medication (ibrufen which you can buy over the counter at any farmacia dosages ranging from 200 - 800mg) and a good supportive knee brace that you can wash. Also good shoes help,too. :) Have a safe journey Ultreyia Sharon
