    hi Mistermac We train in the Coombabah reserve you can walk for miles the only problem its flat so we will have to go up into the hinterlands for some hills i havent used poles yet do you find them good

    hi Yes i have that book to it would be a pain to scan i was thinking of cutting mine up and put them thru my work scanner dont quite have the faith yet, i think the mini Ipad would be great for the Camino investigating that already thanks John
