    2013, 2014 and 2016 but I think my favourite is 2018 as I am more excited, nervous happy sad than all the others. Sad yes as I know the start of the Camino is also the end, I just have to walk slower smile more laugh louder and yes cry more often when I have to wave goodbye to my new friends.

    I only use my phone for the odd days I cannot get wifi as I use viber to talk to my wife or text (its free and reliable) and when needed I use $5 a day vodafone roaming, when do you start your walk I will be in SJPP on the 14th. Apollo Bay Australia my 4th walk.

    The best advice I can give was given to me by an older walker, Have no expectations and you will have no disappointments.....to many I have met have these dreams after seeing a movie or reading someone elses Camino its yours and the Camino will look after you. Buen Camino.

    Sarria is 108 klm from Santiago its where a lot of people start (nice town) last time stayed at wonderful alburgue very clean and handy. it will take about 5 days so you could start at o'cereiro in the mountains which would add two days but it was lovely up there as in the morning being above...
