Hiking sandals or not?
I walk in Source Gobi trekking sandals, no socks, and carry a cheaper pair of sandals as backup. Also carry very light flip flops for shower and around the albergue.- ConnachtRambler

Should I bring a computer?
I have had laptops since 1989 and never travel without one (I'm currently on the train Dublin to Galway) EXCEPT WHEN ON THE CAMINO. I limit myself to a 7" Android tablet on the Camino.- ConnachtRambler
