    we used these packing cubes, worked wonderfully!

    we used collapsible airline duffel bags that zip (and fold up real small in their own pouch) for our packs, they worked beautifully for travel & flights, then packed away once we arrived. Later we used them again to ship ahead all the stuff we packed but weren't using... double duty! bom Camino...

    My husband and I are going to wrap our packs in a packable wrap like this one below for baby strollers, that way the packs are out of sight, but safely inside the pack and it's a small packable bag once we get to France. We're coming from San Diego California, USA. Buen Camino~ R&M Downing

    we are using these right now, they work great, 1.0 Liter collapsible Platypus water bottles, they get lighter as you go and are easy to refill, plus they sit nicely against your body as you carry since they are flat. $18 on Amazon.

    we are currently using 1 liter collapsible bottles in our Aarn packs, they get lighter as you go since your drinking the weight in water, the Platypus softbottle collapsible 1.0 Liter bottles from Amazon ($17.99) they work nicely in the front Aarn front packs.

    We have the Featherlite Freedom Aarn packs with balance pockets in front... so far, we love em! They fit all our gear in back plus we have the counterbalance of weight and ease of reaching essentials (water, credentials, lip balm etc...) with the front pockets. We live in California, ordered...
