Have you tried Keens hiking sandals with an insole I lost 4 toenails on first camino and had many bad blisters. Changed to keens 8 caminos later no broblem just a thought good luck, Buen Camino.

Strange coincidence I just received my frogg poncho today ( Great minds etc..) as you might know going in May, going with Frogg, light fleece, and pack cover.
To be sure caught out to many times so your plan looks good.
Does the frogg look strong enough to you??

Just got them today the inventor Brian Cizek is from states he was hiking and used a wire coathanger to experiment at first.He then got a manufacturer to produce them.
They do not float about and can be attached to you bag or waist belt etc..
Simple idea,, you can look at them on youtube around...
Walked 5 times with keen,s, first Camino in August 2013 with hiking boots and lined socks nearly killed my feet were like chewed ham lost skin completly of both heels and three toe nails😭.
Thank God for keens.
That reminds me I also have a unused heavy duty poncho I dont want . Too heavy can be used as ground sheet or shelter covers walker completly even with rucksack on.
