    Do these earplugs work?

With all of my ailments sleep of any kind is very difficult to achieve...even in the best environment. I went and had a custom pair made at a local hearing aide office. Cost about 140 Canadian. Huge difference and comfortable to wear.

I walked alone the Camino in 2016. One year after a M.S. diagnosis and chemo treatments for facial skin cancer. My husband , 5 children, 6 grandchildren and friends were worried sick. I purchased a Camino map before I left and hung it in our dining room. I only took my cell phone. I posted...

If You have Walked the Camino - Do you prefer boots or trail runners?

No matter what you choose to walk in the key to success is resting your feet. You must remove your footwear and socks a few times a day to allow your feet to breathe. Cherish and care for them along the way....you can’t make it without them ❤️👣
