With all of my ailments sleep of any kind is very difficult to achieve...even in the best environment.
I went and had a custom pair made at a local hearing aide office. Cost about 140 Canadian.
Huge difference and comfortable to wear.
Hello Everyone
Thankyou all for your suggestions.
I have found a backpack cart in France. They are willing to send it to my starting point in Portugal and the Hotel is willing to accept it.
Wish I'd seen this earlier David.
What a wonderful gift from a true pilgrim.
I'm arriving April 18th from Canada.
I'm planning a multi Camino with a 3 month timeline.
I've searched everywhere for one to purchase.
I waited too long and the ones I've found are close to

$16 for two pair
I get them at Marks workwear here in Canada. I started with Tommy Copper products and then found these. Copper is thought to have many health benefits.
I still stand behind my Keen Sandles. .I purchased the men’s style with a wider toe bed. Paired them with thick copper lined socks with loose ankle opening. You must allow for swelling and let your feet breath. I took 6 pair of socks...changed during the day and gave some away to fellow...
I’m hoping for 2020 for my second....I’m trying to be realistic...having two hips and two knees replaced between February 2018 and February/March 2019
Perhaps we’ll run into each other for a glass of wine.
As soon as I returned from my 2016 Camino I ordered the pack umbrella that is offered at the forum store. It attaches to your back pack hands free. I’m not sure how it would test insome of the wind gusts on the mesteta but I was willing to try. More for shade then rain. I remember us pilgrims...
