Who Needs a Backpack When.....
I'm with you on that. I have a sleeveless oilskin vest with a heap of pockets that I wear camping in cooler weather. Oilskin is heavy anyway but when I fill the pockets with essentials (torch, knife, gloves, hat, tissues,phone, gps, lighter etc) it is heavy and the weight is on my shoulders...- carolgibney

Hi again Falcon Standing correctly in MBT's requires good balance, all proprioception is triggered and in fact they can be tiring for some people to just stand in (correctly)..some people tend to rock back on the heel when standing, thus extending their knee joint, which is a BAD thing to do...- carolgibney
