    August 22 - availability of permethrin

    I have bought some permethrin soak here in Aus and plan to spray my pack and soak my sleep gear before I leave. I would like to buy a spray when I get to Spain for 'just in case'. Will I be able to find one in Pamplona do you think? Thanks for any info.

    List your shoes

    I have Keen Targhee 2 mid boots and think that they are great. I had to see a podiatrist recently and he gave them a huge tick of approval. They are nice and wide, light and super comfortable. I am planning on taking a pair of Crocs mary-janes for evenings (going this September). :)

    I was influenced by a post on another thread re shampoo/conditioning bars and got so excited / ordered them online and then put them to the test. They were terrible - stripped my hair of any oils - both shampoo soap and conditioning bar - my hair (which is normally very soft) felt like...
