Experience with Plantar Fasciitis
Superfeet insoles , (and cheaper versions,) and ceasing barefoot walking, even at home, helped me massively. Pretty much any new footwear bought, I now put better insoles in, with higher arches. They feel strange at first, but soon become comfortable. P.F. has never reared it's ugly head since.- AJS49
