1st Camino in SJPDP on Oct 1!

Greetings from California! I'll be starting my first Camino from SJPDP on October 1. I am going to attempt to hike the full distance. This site has been invaluable to me with my training and preparation.
I've been wanting to travel to experience adventure but with work and family i always put it off. With my daughter now in college, I now have the opportunity to traveling for pleasure and adventure.
I hope to meet many other adventurers along my camino.

Watch the weather, and plan on taking foul weather gear. It could be wet, and there could be snow in the higher elevations. Check for accommodations ahead of you as some close in the winter.

Burn Camino! We are here now, in Lograno. My advice is to spray your pack and bedding for bedbugs. They are real.
