NOTE from mods: I have created a new thread for this new member’s question, because it was embedded in an old Vadiniense thread. I will add a few more of the OP’s questions, but this should get everyone started!

Thank you both again! Very helpful. To answer your question, Laurie, what is the proposed 5-day walk, I don't know! -which is why I'm here...We had planned to do a few days on the Norte, then take a taxi to do the Lebaniego, but it's become too much taxi-ing for us...we just want a good 5-day walk with as few crowds and the most religious and cultural architecture/ sunshine/beauty as possible... Five days out of Pamplona looks like a lot of highway hiking? I'm attracted to SJPP to Pamplona....but avoiding crowds is high priority. Thanks again so much!

Hi, have you looked at the Camino Baztan as a possibility? There is a dedicated forum for it in “Other Routes in Spain”. It goes from Bayonne to Pamplona.

Camino Ingles from El Ferrol to Santiago. The ~ 117km entitle you to receive the compostela. Not too many pilgrims.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
