I am of such an age and condition that I pee about every hour. I am sure there are others like me. What is the protocol? I hope I don't have to strap in a bag!!

Convenience depends somewhat on whether you are male or female, but here is another thread (somewhat more delicately titled ) on that topic "Suggestions for relieving yourself".
