I'm in. Porto right now visiting a friend for a few days before beginning my camino Portuguese. Haven't decided if I'm going to start from here or Lisbon yet though. Wondering if there is anyone else who's planning to be on the road now in November. Some company would be cool.

I wish I could say yes, but alas I've walked my camino this year - the Portuguese, from Lisbon.
I wish you a wonderful adventure
Bom caminho!

Hi, Nikki, bom caminho to you! If you have the time, I think it really boils down to preference. Lisbon to Porto will be solitary, I imagine, but from Porto on you are likely to find more people. You can always start in Lisbon and hop on a train and move further north if it isn't what you're looking for! Let us know what you decide. Maggie's blog, linked under her signature in the previous post, is a great introduction to the Lisbon-Porto stretch (and the rest of the Portugues as well), but her weather was likely much better than you're going to find.
