Maybe rainy, maybe sunny. Who knows :)

The predictions are for a very windy Spring.

Diogo should know.
I always think of April as a wet month, yet my first camino in 2011 started on April 1st [All Fools Day in the UK which I thought was appropriate] and I had virtually no rain.
So ... best to be prepared for any weather!
I walked the Portuguese in two sections - both can be seen in the diaries on my web site, if you're interested, Bobby. May give you some ideas!
But rain or sun, I wish you ....Buen camino.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The Norther you go, the cooler the weather will get (especially at night).

Since you are going to start already in Galiza/Galicia, you shall know that this region from Spain it's very known for it's rain, even in Summer. There is an old saying in Spain that goes that all rain from Spain, falls in Galiza.

You can have a sunny day, and wake up next day with pouring rain. Trust me, it happened in 2013. Better to take half season clothes, not too fresh and not to warm, and some waterproofs :)

Myself and my sister are starting from Tui on the 7th April.
Ultreïa, Buen Camino!

Ultreïa, Buen Camino!
When you do not walk too fast , grandpa Zohar will walk by that day.
The time difference between Portugal and Spain is one hour
Valença do Minho is GMT and Tuí is GMT +1. Only the Eiffel bridge is in between. Anyway 3 pilgrims on the way that day.
Bom caminho
