Biking from Saint Jean de Luz to Santiago this August.

Hi Everyone.

Please any bikers out there that did this North route before? Any advice, good guides or books? Suggestions, things to avoid or sections to watch out for?

I'm 31 years old, above average fit but not much of a biker. Any guess on how many kilometers I could bike per day?
