Arriving Bilbao airport around 1.30pm and would like to stay at La casa del cubo in Burgos 25th March.
Any advice on best way to travel would be greatly received!
There are buses almost hourly from Bilbao to Burgos. The fare is 12.88€, and it takes from 1:45 to 3:45 hours for the trip depending on the route the bus follows.
There is a shuttle service between the airport and the main bus station. Catch the first bus from there. I bought the ticket from a machine with the help of a local who spoke English.
If there is a delay there are some good cafes just outside the bus station where you can get food.
Arrived around 6pm, but you might get their earlier depending on the bus timetables.
Take a Google map of Burgos and get directions from the bus station (which is pretty central to the city) to the albergue. I don't know the albergue you mention but it will probably be in walking distance.
The municipal is a short walk from the bus station.
