Seven days after Burgos is not going to get you very far. There is a great new BnB in Tardajos, if you want to walk out of Burgos and not spend the night there. Hontanas and Castrojeriz have some great places to eat and sleep, Eduardo in Boadilla has a great albergue, Carrion has a beautiful parador, San Zoilo, and now you have entered the lovely plains of the Meseta and have choices like Moratinos or Sahagun and then a rush to make it to Leon to complete your trip where there are transportation connections.
