My mother and I are planning to start walking from St Jean Pied de Port on Monday, 5 May 2014. We are from Lambert's Bay on the South African West Coast. We are extremely excited, to say the least This website/forum was such a great discovery, can't wait to read and learn more. Take care. Charlotte

Hi Charlotte, CK007 and I will be setting out from Cape Town on 24th April, so will unfortunately miss you on the Camino. I wish you and your mom an amazing pilgrimage, and let us know how your preparations go. I am going to the consulate next week
