Camino Frances & Camino Portuguese
Hi,
Hoping to walk the Camino Portugues route from Lisbon in March 2018, If anyone has any information on what to expect weather-wise and if there are many other pilgrims at this time of year, I'd appreciate it,
Also I know there was a link to see if other pilgrims were walking at the same time on the Camino Frances last year - is there such a link for the Portugese route?
thanks
Maura

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Weather should be good. But never know.

I walked last May from O Porto to Santiago. Many do not recommend walking from Lisbon.

Scroll down to "Caminos Ending in Santiago." Then scroll down to the "Portuguese" room. May find what you are looking for there.

I've been in the area quite a lot over the last few years, including the Camino.

The likelihood of rain, wind, wonderful local people and excellent food is high...

It probably won't be very cold, but do bring Crocs and poles (to bring us back to an ongoing thread) so you can wade when the path is flooded.
