camino portugues - elevation profiles

Hello to all!
I have just returned from the French route and my mind is already on next summer...
I was trying to find web site with elevation profiles for Camino Portugues but no success. You know: like http://www.godesalco.com is for French route ( I found it extremely helpful).
Can anyone help me please.
