Hi - We from South Africa and will start the Camino Primitivo on the 8th of June in Oviedo. It will be interesting to hear from more people starting during this period from Oviedo.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Johan, just finished....May 19....sorry I can't join you......love your country and my son-in-law..."Go Springboks".... he is teaching me!
Primitivo is beautiful but damned hard ( at least for this old guy ) yet definitely worth it....much less interesting after Lugo and a bit of a downer when you hit crowds in Melide? Keep a good attitude and remember Asturias. (Eat the food)
Buen Camino

Thanks for the message Brendan. You certainly don't look old and I admire you for walking the Primitive. I will let you know how it went when we finished.

Johan, I'll be starting out from Oviedo on the 10th, so will be a few days behind you. Might see you out there, but I'll be going slowly. Beth
