we arrive in Cizur menor on July 8th. is it possible to book beds in this alburge in advance? the website is in Spanish so I don't understand it.

The Gronze website (www.gronze.com) is also a good source for this type of information. It is only in Spanish, but not that difficult to follow, or open it in a browser that will translate.

July 2015 I slept in this albergue and some beds were reserved (and this was written on the bed). So it is possible. maribelroncal@jacobeo.net

Via Maribel's contact link cited by M108 above reservations are possible. However July 8 is during the famous running of the bulls/San Fermin festival in Pampolona. Most if not all places nearby will be pre-booked. See more here.
