Combination sleeping pad/ sticky yoga mat?

Following a long hike I find that doing yoga is really helpful. It helps me relax and prevent injury as well. Bringing a yoga mat on the Camino would add too much weight. Does anyone know of a sleeping pad that can also be used as a yoga mat. It would need to be as light as a sleeping pad but as "sticky" as a yoga mat.

I think you are more likely to find a yoga mat that doubles as a sleeping mat than a sleeping mat that doubles as a yoga mat. The two purposes are a bit at odds. Good luck, though, and buen camino.
