delayed camino

was starting my camino on the 4th may but now starting on the 11th flight from uk to bilbao due to health issues [my wife]might have only 21days? can not decide to start in irun walk as far as possable or bilbao miss a stage or two. will not know for sure if have to fly home early my wife joan happy that we carry on as normal till she knows any thing for sure ps lots of family surrporting her.
