does lugo to santiago qualify as 100kms to get certificate?

Does anyone know if you can combine the 'original' camino lugo to palais do rei with camino frances palais do rei to santiago and does it qualify for the 100 km minimum requirement for the compostella ...

If starting from Lugo, it is 102 kilometres to Santiago, so yes, it does qualify you for a compostella
