Hi, Have any of you used the 'Earworms' language learning app and found it useful in learning Spanish? TIA

I have not, so I cannot speak specifically about it. But any app that says things like anchors them into the auditory cortex of your brain does make me wonder. It can't hurt to try though.

I can however recommend the free (donation if you wish) app called Language Transfer. It works very well, and is the kind of app that you can re-listen to every few months... learning a bit more every time.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Heartily agree that Language Transfer is a wonderful way to start and continue learning Spanish.

Language Transfer is great, and I find the instructor's voice to be very calm and reassuring.

I've had the most success in Spanish learning starting with the Dreaming Spanish website and then augmenting with Spanish language podcasts. With this methodology, I've gotten to the point where I can understand the Spanish language El Camino People podcasts.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll check out Language Transfer.

I'm looking for an app/podcast that I can listen to passively while walking. Not something like Duolingo where I have to actively participate. I'd love to find something to listen to on days where the walking is long and the scenery mediocre. And because I'll be in Spain I can try out what I've learned at the next town.

Some podcasts to consider (the ones with * are ones I listen to, the groups are more or less in order of difficulty):
¡Cuéntame!

Español Con Juan*
Help Me Learn Spanish Joel
Learn Spanish and Go
Blanca to Go

Conversations in Spanish
¡Qué Pasa!
Mini Stories to Learn Spanish
InterSpanish
No es el Fin del Mundo
Geopolis
El Hilo

Qué Pasa Podcast en Español
Se Habla Español*
The Spanish on the Road
Si Comprendo
Notes In Spanish*
Español Intermedio
Te Busco Las Raras Podcast
Pizzel Podcast
Supracortical
Detras de la Verdad

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
