So if you will walk along the coast be prepared .

Also the 25 th of April will be very crowded at the coast due to the national Portuguese holiday ,
o dia da Liberdade, A revolução dos Cravos, the day of freedom in 1974, the revolution of the red carnations.

Hi Albertinho thanks for post. I'll be walking from Porto from 28th March reaching A Guarda on 1st April along the shoreline route. Plan to stay in Campsite there next to River Minho (it's cheap!).
