El puntal to Santona?

Hello could Im doing the camino del norte and are currently in Laredo
My questions are how do i get from El Puntal across to Santona is it a ferry ride or fishermans boat and how much does it cost, if so is there set times?

There is a small passenger ferry across to Santona.
You board it down on the sand...there is no dock. I think if you ask anyone they will point you in the direction. There are also small signs with a picture of a boat on them.
 
Grayland was right to let you know there is no dock as it can throw people off.

You can walk through town or along the pasaje maritimo/beach. That will be on the right hand side of town. When you get to the point, you will make your way to the left hand side of the point. when you find yourself facing a restaurant by a parking lot. There is a small boardwalk that will take you to the beach where the boat comes. There is a building/shelter to the left of where the little boat comes and throws down a plank.
