Starting in Matosinhos late September 2018, where will I get my first stamp early morning? thanks Bob.

I take it you will be in Porto at some time the day before why not pop into the Cathedral for your first stamp. After crossing the bridge at Matosinhos and turning left you will walk onto the seafront and within a couple of hundred meters from memory there is a café on the right that has vertical wooden slats on the front, the owner is very friendly and will give you a stamp even if you don't buy anything, his coffee is v good though.

Just for the bridge at the Leixões harbor in Matosinhos is a coffee bar. Ask there for a coffee and a carimbo what means stamp in Portuguese.

Before you climb the stairs to cross the bridge, there is a coffee shop underneath with great coffee and delicious pasteis!
