first time

Hello everyone,

This is such an interesting and helpful site and I'm so pleased to have found it.

I'm walking from Sarria to Santiago with my husband and a group of friends. Our group is mixed - English (me), Italian, German and Spanish. We all live in Cataluña and its the first time for all of us and we are now getting very excited.

I already have acquired quite a bit of information from friends who have done the camino but there's a lot more that I will find here.

Thank you both for your welcome. We're starting from Sarria on 26th May and are also planning our next walk which will probably be next year.

It appears as though you and your friends will have a moving block party to Santiago. It's a great way to spend time together and share the multitudinous opportunities to get to know one another along the Way.

We went in October last year and plan to do it again in October this year. I'm hoping to finish in Spring 2010, before the rush :lol:
