Getting from Madrid to O Cebreiro

I found several older posts (2008) about getting from Madrid to o cebreiro, however, nothing current. I will be starting in O cebreiro in May 2013. So far I've gathered that I will take the Alsa bus from Madrid airport to Piedrafita, from there either walk the 4km or get a taxi at the bus station to take me to o cebreiro. According to the bus schedule, the bus runs only on Sat. and Sun. departure is at midnight and arrives at Piedrafita at 5:55 am. Would someone mind verifying the times and days for me please? I'm not comfortable traveling alone at night, so if anyone has any other suggestions on how to get to O Cebreiro in the day light I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you

If you do a search without a date, you get the dates that the schedule is effective, and the days of the week abbreviated in Spanish. I suspect that you can take a bus to Leon, then on to Piedrafita more frequently.
