I am 50 and live just North of London UK in Hertfordshire. I work full time and run an outdoor lighting company. I completed the Camino Frances from Roncesvalles with my son then 15 in 1998 and cycled the Via de la Plata with my wife from Seville in 2000 to Salamanca and in 2002 the rest of the way via Astorga.
My present project is to cycle then walk the Via Francigena from Home to Rome. This will take me along the Pilgrims route from London to Canterbury then from there through France and Switzerland, over the St Bernard pass into Italy. Have a look at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/via-francigena/
