Hi Klemmie

Welcome to the forum and to the delights of planning your camino. Be warned however, that one camino may not be enough. I did my first camino last year, begin my second in 3 months, and am making preliminary plans to do another in April/May 0f 2011. I met lots of fellow Aussies last year but will not meet so many this time as I am walking the more solitary route along the del Norte. The first anniversary of my arrival in Compostela was on 11th May, and last week I had emails from Spain, Germany and Ireland from pilgrims that I had met on the way and who shared that same arrival date at the cathedral. There is a special bond between those who have done the walk.

May I suggest the use of the Search Engine to start. You will find out that pretty well everything has been discuss here already.
