the INT is about 1000 km and go´s from north to the south of israel
from the mountains to the sea and trough the desert.
it is well marked and there is a really good guidebook about the trail.
i recommend this trail to everybody who likes a challenge .
i walked this trail all by myself ,only got lost 2 times and it was not a big deal.
you can sleep outside almost all the way (in the woods, the beach, the park etc...) and nobody
cares or hassles you .
in a lot of places there are trail angels where you can sleep for a night or take a shower or have a meal .
check the website ( https://www.israeltrail.net )
my advice don´t think just do and have the time of you're life.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

My wife and I are going to walk this trail in late September. We are really excited about it. It will be very different from the threee Camino journeys we have completed.

Thanks for the info. So many wonderful places in the world to explore and so little time!
