Is great for all that we know.
But three weeks of sun were for show...

Yes. Snow. Between Bercianos del Real Camino and El Burgo Ranero. Not in the Pyrenees. On the meseta.
And, despite three weeks of mainly glorious weather, I kinda liked it!
My pack was lighter since I wore most of my clothes. My Boomerang poncho worked a treat, cutting the wind and keeping me dry, first time out of the bag. And I substituted Christmas songs for the marches I usually hum.
I was grouchy in Sahagún; I think the Lord wanted to give me a little wake-up call. Didn't have any bells for Bobtail, but it did make spirits bright!
