Is there luggage transfer on the Portuguese Interior? (The camino starting in Viseu?) I think a taxi would be too expensive.

I can't imagine there is enough pilgrim traffic to make this a profitable business venture. I think gracethepilgrim saw no other pilgrims. I think taxi is your only option, but Aurelio and others may have more certain information.
