Madrid to Sarria

I am looking to get from the Madrid Airport to Sarria to start my Camino.

I know some people have posted this route out of Madrid on the forum. Have you searched the forum archives a bit? Under the Madrid Camino thread perhaps. Even starting from the airport.

From Madrid Airport take Madrid Metro (from T1T2T3 or T4) or Madrid Cercanias (from T4) to adif Chamartin Renfe Station. Take Renfe train to Sarria.

From Madrid Airport take a flight to Santiago Airport. Take Empresa Freire bus from airport to Lugo. Take Empresa Monforte (Monbus) bus from Lugo to Sarria.

From Madrid Airport go to bus station at Airport T4 or take Madrid Metro to either of Mendez Alvaro or Moncloa ... depending on the bus itinerary. Estacion Sur is co located with Mendez Alvaro Metro Station.

ALSA provides bus service from one or another of Airport T4, Moncloa, or Estacion Sur to Lugo or Monforte de Lemos.

Empresa Monforte provides bus service between Lugo and Monforte de Lemos including a stop at Sarria.

We have booked two train tickets from Madrid Chamartin, on the 1:05 pm train to Sarria.
