Ok I missed the last bus from PNA to St Jean. I had a Goeuro bus ticket I bought in advance for today the 9th. Can I use this ticket tomorrow the 10th or do I make a new reservation?

Never mind I can see on the website the answers is no

There are buses from Pamplona bus station to SJPdP at 1430 and 1730, so I don't think you have missed the last bus.
