20 May 2018 Dor 9 days starting in st Jean pied
Hi so excited to find this site so just practising in getting connected. I will be doing it on my own for 9 days on 21 May, age 52, only been hiking since Jan 15-20km every weekend however no big ascents so seeing Napolean as the biggest challenge as well as walking daily (all very well for a weekend). I have decided to do it the 'luxury' way having luggage transferred and booked and pensiones a long the way. I am aware that this allows much elss flexibility and less taking it in the moment. I am an extrovert and find it ahrd to be on my own (hence doing it on my own, I ahve to face myself...) but hope taht I can still find communcity even though not staying at the hostels.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
HI Danela, wishing you an enjoyable and memorable Camino. You'll meet lots of other pilgrims along the way, especially on that first day when everyone is walking slowly and struggling with the ascent!

If you've booked your accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, you'll be able to meet other pilgrims in the evenings and hopefully share a meal or two. That's one of the very memorable aspects of the Camino.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Can anyone tell me how I can get to Los Arcos to Bilbao to take a flight without paying 190 Euros for a taxi which is wha I have been quoted? Bus seems to take 3 hours which at the end of 20 km does not really appeal but may have to?
