I'm planning to stay in O Refugio albergue in Cotelas in September. Is it recommended to book in advance? If so, does anyone have any contact details for O Refugio?

Is it open again? O Refugio was still closed when I passed in late May.

Gronze, Buen Camino and Wise Pilgrim have no listing
Gerald Kelly has it listed as closed, but I do not know how up to date that is:

the Free Guide to the Vía de la Plata - Cea - Xunta (40, 8€) Albergue de Cea,just to the left of the Camino at the start of the village, follow the signs. Kitchen. Not very clean. Lights go on automatically at 05:00. Tel 600 878 289 - The Camino lead

Stay at the Xunta albergue in Cea, Its perfectly good. Stayed many times.
