I'm in Oaxaca, Mexico, studying Spanish until at least mid-February, 2018. Are there any pilgrims or hope-to-be pilgrims who would like to get together and talk about the Camino?

Hi PWNP- I am nowhere near Oaxaca but I have it on my list as somewhere to go to study Spanish. Are you liking the school where you are?

I went to the school in Oaxaca and really enjoyed it and especially loved that town. So many interesting things to see around there and a nice, walkable town. I met a local woman who took me on some tours to nearby ruins, a glass factory, a big rural market, etc. She said she wanted to learn English, but we only ended up speaking Spanish. Great place.
