Well the time is quickly approaching. Paris Oct 2nd and departing St. Jean Oct. 4th. Anyone on the trail around the same time? It'll be myself and three others traveling together. My name is Bryan and I have my avatar (online symbol) sewed onto my pack. If you spot me feel free to say hello. Should be arriving in Santiago the first week in November sometime.

Buen Camino,
Bryan

Hola, Bryan and all,

I will arrive in StJPdP on the 4th and start on the 5th. I am on my own and a 44years old German woman, living in England and moving to Ireland after my journey. We might see each other although I'll start slowly. Might stop
at Orrison on the first day.
Looking forward and slightly anxious.

I hope that all you October walkers will report back to let us know what it's like walking in October -- weather, crowds, etc. I had been planning on walking next September, but the reports coming in from Sil and others suggest it's not a good month if you don't want to worry about beds in the albergues. Buen camino a todos!

Looking forward to, hopefully, seing you all. For those starting a little after us, we plan to go straight through to Finisterre and then bus back to Santiago to get the compestela and relax for a few days. We're a little afraid of stopping at that point, better to push on and reach the end and then really enjoy the completion. Hopefully, Ivar's place will be up and running and we will be there. If there is no room, we'll definately be swinging by to chat and just enjoy life.

Safe and happy travels to all. We leave on Sunday and will probably be in Saint Jean Oct. 3rd/4th. Once again my avatar (online symbol) is sewed onto my pack. If you see us say hello. I'm having troubles sleeping, I'm so ready to go.

Buen Camino,
Bryan
