So, this is after Luarca and if you are using the Norte app you will see a red option between Otur and Bao showing how to short circuit the route around the hill.
Do NOT take the red option as the underpass is actually a storm drain and at the end of it is a bramble thicket. Tempting as it might be, do yourself a favour and ignore it as it is dangerous.
I added my comments under Otur in the app and I saw several other similar comments.
